About this Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer & Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing operation of ServiceNow solutions to support business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Telecommunications Service Management – TSM module, hands-on experience in configuring and customizing the platform, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to define organizational needs and gather requirements.

What you'd be doing:

  • Lead the design, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications and modules
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. 
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations. 
  • Manage day-to-day operations, monitoring performance, and ensuring platform availability and reliability. 
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of ServiceNow-related issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes for the company's ServiceNow implementation. 
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes using ServiceNow capabilities. 
  • Stay current with ServiceNow releases and recommend system upgrades as needed.
  • Train and mentor internal staff on the effective use of the ServiceNow platform.

Experience we require:

  • Proven experience with ServiceNow platform implementation and operations and experience in a telecommunications environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM. 
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting tools.
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher certifications preferred.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Agile or DevOps methodologies. 
  • Experience in enterprise-level IT environments with complex integrations.

Bonus points:

  • Experience working in a company with less than 200 employees.
