Underline, a new fiber internet and technology provider in El Paso County, today announces Underline Impact, a first-of-its-kind nonprofit pricing program to serve other mission-based organizations. With this program, qualifying organizations will receive up to 15% off all Underline high-speed fiber internet plans.

Trails and Open Space Coalition (TOSC) is the first organization to benefit from this program—receiving a discount on gigabit fiber internet service, increasing their speeds and lowering their bill.

This program follows other community and impact-focused initiatives from Underline, including their Opportunity Program for low-income households that was the most generous in the nation.
Underline deployed a brand new fiber network in Colorado Springs and Fountain, at no cost to the City or to taxpayers. Since 2021, this network has served residents, businesses, enterprise organizations like Altia and Bluestaq, and other large institutions including Catalyst Campus, National Cybersecurity Center (NCC), Space ISAC, and the Colorado Springs Chamber & EDC, The Downtown Partnership, and the Better Business Bureau.
